Mony Zenou
Director
Mr. Zenou is the President and CEO of Dejavoo Systems a payment processing hardware provider. He is also the former President and CEO of Lipman USA (NASDAQ: LPMA) - a world leader in POS terminal equipment. His career spans several decades as an awarded Industry leader, well recognized for his innovations, unique sales and marketing techniques. Previously, he was the founder of such companies as Zenco Technologies and i-POS Systems, a Value Added Reseller for the payment industry. He is also and investor an Intellectual Properties company with direct impact on the payment industry
Patrick Cummiskey
Director
Mr. Cummiskey is the former CEO of MetroSplash Sytems, a company focused on value and rewards within the refueling industry. MetroSplash was recently acquired by Centego. Previous to MetroSplash, he was CEO of DataWire, a transaction processing network provider acquired by First Data. Pat has numerous years experience in the payments industry including a SVP role at Alliance Data Systems.
Karna Gupta
Director
Karna has more than 28 years of outstanding industry experience, his expertise and accomplishments span across North American and International business domains. He currently serves as an Independent Director at several Technology companies and also serves as an advisor at MaRS. Prior to this in Jan 2008, Mr. Gupta was named CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Certicom Corp (TSX: CIC). He helped lead the organization through a successful turn-around and then through a successful M&A. Mr. Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. He has also attended executive development programs at Duke University, Harvard, MIT and the University of Western Ontario.
Prof. Alfred Menezes Alfred Menezes is a professor of mathematics at the University of Waterloo, in Ontario, Canada, where he also serves as managing director of the Centre for Applied Cryptographic Research. His research interests are in cryptography and algorithmic number theory. He is co-author of the Handbook of Applied Cryptography and Guide to Elliptic Curve Cryptography. Alfred also worked as an independent consultant on projects involving protocol design, security analysis, standardization, patent strategy and litigation.
Yabin Xing 
Asia-Pac Region Advisor
Yabin Xing has 18+ years working experience in technology , sales, business development and management in Telecom and IT. He is the former AVP of ZTE Asia Pacific , Managing Director of ZTE Thailand Inc, International Marketing Director of ZTE Mobile Division, and President & CEO of ZTE Canada Inc. He pioneered the introduction of the first ever China made 3G terminal into North America in 2006 and subsequently launched the first China made 3G handset in North America in 2007. Yabin adds an extensive network of contacts and knowledge to the Xtreme Mobility team.
David Campbell David Campbell is a partner in Belweather Capital. David has raised over $100 million in private and public equity capital as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of three early stage technology companies over the last eight years. David was the CFO for GuestLogix Inc., a technology and solutions provider to the passenger travel industry. Prior to that David was at Dexit Inc., a payments technology and services company where he was a co-founder and CFO. Prior to Dexit, David was at Basis100 Inc., a TSX-listed financial services technology company, where he was co-founder and Chief Financial Officer from 1998 until 2001. David earned a degree in Honours Business Administration at Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He was granted the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1996.
Vish Visweswaran Vish is a financial services and payments industry professional with 19 years of multi-functional, multi-national business leadership experience. He is founder of a B2C transaction management company that has developed an unique interactive services gateway for the micro and small business markets. Previously, he headed up the Global Visa Business for Emergis Inc based out of Toronto. His expertise includes B2B/B2C/payment products and infrastructure including credit/debit cards, processing platforms, consulting services, ATM's, telephone banking and web based payment solutions.
Prof. Danny Ho Danny Ho is an independent management consultant and advisor for two startup companies. Prior to this, he held senior management and technical positions with Motorola Canada Limited, Nortel Networks Corporation and IBM Canada Limited. He is also appointed as an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UoIT), and an Adjunct Research Professor at the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, the University of Western Ontario. Throughout his professional career, he has led programs in the areas of wireline, RF, and infrared development; eMarketing, mCommerce, desktop application deployment, reuse, and software development environment. Danny received his Honors Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Electrical Engineering, and Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Western Ontario. He is currently a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Prof. J Michael Bennett Dr. J. Michael Bennett is the Associate Dean of Engineering at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UoIT). Prior to this, he was the Program Director of Software Engineering at the University of Western Ontario. He developed the Software Engineering Programs at UoIT and UWO, and led both programs to CEAB certification. He also worked with UWO and Cisco authorities to build the CCNA router laboratory at UWO. Before leading the Department of Software Engineering, he was a professor at the Department of Computer Science. He also teaches at the University of Ottawa, the Institute for Government Informatics Professionals, Motorola University, and IMPAC University. His research areas include software engineering, software metrics, project management, computer communications, operating system, numerical analysis, etc. Throughout his academic career, he received over $2.34 million in research and industrial grants for over twenty projects. He has supervised over thirty graduate students and over forty undergraduate students, published many books, articles and scientific papers. He also served as a contributor on 12 refereed ISO standards steering committees. He is currently a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
